Pair of Irish silver tablespoons

$2,750

(pair)

A lovely rare pair of early Irish silver crested Hanoverian pattern tablespoons, with marks for Dublin, 1762, Christopher Skinner. Crest used by the Earl of Kilmarnock, a peerage held by the Boyd family which uses the crest until the present day.

One crest rubbed, otherwise excellent antique condition with minor wear overall commensurate with age. Marks crisp and well-struck.

135 grams the pair, 21cm approximate length.
