Crafted during the Victorian era, this chair has been ebonised and inlaid with stunning mother-of-pearl all over, giving it a peacock-like appearance. The chair is further adorned with a central hand painted flower and decorative patterned gilding.

It has a cane seat, rounded back, elegant turned legs and was crafted c.1870.
