Rob and Irene Goard have been avid collectors since the 1960s and were dealers for 20 years in Sydney, before relocating to Bowral in early 2002.
They are rarely far away from the Antique Market as they live nearby and with notice (a day or two) can generally be on hand to meet up with fellow collectors or enthusiasts at Dirty Jane’s.
Their range of stock includes cameras and related equipment, gramophones, records and needles, photographs and cylinders, wirelesses, mechanical toys, music boxes and other mechanical and musical items and related books and magazines. They also have a range of catalogues and accessories.
They buy single items or complete collections, and also offer film and television hire.
They offer repairs to cameras, gramophones and phonographs, and are qualified valuers of photographic equipment (1840s-1970s).
