Established in 1999 by the late art collector David Roche AM, David Roche Gallery houses one of the greatest collections of European fine + decorative arts in a private house and gallery in Australia.
Set within the gilded grandeur of David’s Federation-era home, Fermoy House, is a lifetime’s worth of collecting: antiques, paintings, and objets d’art, spanning two centuries of art and design from the early rococo of France to English regency and imperial Russia, to be preserved for future generations.
The adjoining gallery wing presents temporary exhibitions year-round.
Fermoy House is open by booked guided tours only. The gallery welcomes walk-ins.
