The Zonta Club of Orange is always proud to present their annual Antiques, Jewellery and Collectables Fair, this year on the 13th to 15th June at the Orange Function Centre, a much-anticipated event that has delighted collectors, history lovers and curious shoppers for over 40 years.
Each year, on the weekend following the King’s birthday long weekend in June at the Orange Function Centre, the fair opens with an exclusive Gala Preview Evening on the Friday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, followed by full-day openings on Saturday (9:30am–5:00pm) and Sunday (9:30am–3:00pm).
Renowned as one of the region’s premier vintage events, the fair features an extraordinary range of antique and vintage treasures, offered by esteemed dealers from across Australia. Visitors can expect to browse and buy an exquisite collection of furniture, fine china, silverware, glassware, estate jewellery, books, sculptures, vintage clothing and accessories, magazines and ephemera, militaria, medals, coins and banknotes, along with French and Italian antique linens, carriage clocks, lamps, and other timeless curiosities.
The Gala Preview Evening on Friday offers ticket holders an early look at the full range of items for sale in a relaxed, elegant atmosphere. Guests will enjoy a glass of wine and canapés accompanied by live music, while browsing the stunning displays.
Proceeds from fair entry on Saturday and Sunday support Zonta’s substantial service work in supporting local women’s causes as well as significant international projects.
Each year we have in attendance a qualified Valuer to provide verbal valuations on small items such as jewellery, china, silverware or artworks. For a small donation to Zonta guests can finally uncover the stories behind their mystery pieces – all while supporting a great cause.
Visitors to the fair have the opportunity not only to shop collections curated and presented from some of Australia’s leading Antiques and Collectables dealers but also contribute to the significant funds raised to give back to local groups and causes as well as international projects. Proceeds from the fair directly support the Zonta Club of Orange’s local and international service projects. Locally, Zonta raises funds for initiatives including Orange Family Support, Housing Plus – The Orchard, the Orange Sexual Assault Service and the Indigenous Girls’ Choir. The Club also awards the annual Jill Salter Memorial Women in Rural Health Scholarship and assembles birthing kits for women in developing regions.
As part of Zonta International, the Orange chapter shares a global mission to build a better world for women and girls, advocating for gender equality, access to education, and an end to child marriage and gender-based violence.
The Annual Zonta Club of Orange Antiques, Jewellery & Collectables Fair guarantees visitors a memorable weekend filled with treasures, stories, and purpose.
