The course comprehensive, fun and flexible, delivered in a supportive online learning atmosphere, covering all aspects of western art from pre-historic cave paintings to post modern art, including an illuminating art market overview.

Course curator Hilary Kay, best known for her appearances on the BBC’s Antique Roadshow programme has brought together 12 art experts presenting the students with an engaging course.

All learning is done at home, whenever it suits with no pressure to meet deadlines. There are no specific start dates, students can enrol every day of the year. The course can be completed easily in 6 or 7 months, but students receive 1 year to complete the course. If more time is required, extensions are possible.

A tutor will guide the student through each module of the course, giving constructive feedback on all submitted work.
