What type of valuation is right for you? There are many different types of valuation available through Byjoel. Each valuation has a specific purpose and function and it is important to know what is right for you.
Market: How much you will receive if that item was sold.
Insurance: How much it will cost to replace an item.
Family Law: The value required by the courts for the purpose of matrimonial settlement. This is a market value allowing for appropriate marketing and without time restraints, or where there is no market fair value allowing for each party’s interests. All items are digitally photographed during the valuation process to prevent confusion. Reporting used for these valuations meets the courts’ requirements and rules.
Corporate Collections: A valuation and inventory for corporations.
