Victory Theatre Antique Centre

The Victory Theatre Antique Centre

Built in 1915 and originally known as The Arcadia Picture Palace, this wonderful old theatre remains the focal point of the upper Blue Mountains township of Blackheath, NSW to this day.

Now hosting almost 60 antiques and collectables dealers on two levels, The Victory Theatre Antiques Centre is an iconic landmark surrounded by cafés, bookshops, art galleries and boutique shops. It is clearly identified by a stunning mural of Australian flora and fauna designed by Jenny Kee, which covers the entire outside western wall and was originally painted by any enthusiastic locals keen to pick up a paintbrush and lend a hand!

Inside our centre you’ll find a vast array of items from fine Georgian ceramics to vintage electric shop signs and everything in between. Australian pottery, antique bottles, ancient Greek and Roman coins, art and uranium glass, taxidermy, antique and vintage jewellery, antique weapons, an array of long clocks and mantle clocks, dinky toys and vintage cars, old tools, retro furniture and homewares, fine bone china tea and tableware, books, lighting, original artwork, kitchenalia, vintage and second hand clothing, antique and vintage furniture and more fill every available space.

With so much to see, it’s best to allow plenty of time to visit us. On arrival, you’ll enter the building through The Victory Café, which offers tasty and filling meals with breakfast and lunch menus, including a kid’s menu, as well as in-house and takeaway coffee and cakes of course.

Visiting The Victory Theatre Antique Centre is a must for your next trip to the Blue Mountains. Make sure you allow plenty of time to shop at your leisure. There’s a lot to see!

We are open every day from 10am to 5pm, except Christmas Day.
