This Swallow & Ariell’s vintage tin features a colourful kangaroo design.
The firm was founded by Thomas Swallow in 1854 when he emigrated to Australia. Swallow supplied all the ships arriving in the Melbourne port during the busy gold rush years and was also the first biscuit company in Australia to produce fancy biscuits.
